With space to accommodate large families or multiple couples, it’s a place where everyone can unwind and feel at home. 🛌 Sleeping Arrangements Primary Bedroom: King bed + en-suite bathroom (2nd floor) Second Bedroom: Bunks beds (2 beds) and a queen Third Bedroom: Queen bed Additional Sleeping: King Size Sofa Bed on main floor (Blue Room) Bathrooms: Two full baths upstairs + ½ bath with laundry on the main level 🛋️ Living Spaces Relax in the living room, TV lounge, or basement entertainment room Dual-zone heating & air conditioning for year-round comfort Indoor dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with induction stove and dual ovens 🎮 Family Fun & Entertainment Game garage with Ping-Pong High-speed Wi-Fi Three bikes (subject to condition) Kayaks and a paddleboard (guests must transport to beach) 🌞 Outdoor Oasis Solar-heated pool (note: temperature is not adjustable) Spacious patio with grill, dining table, and lounge seating Large, private backyard surrounded by trees and greenery Cornhole for backyard fun 🏖️ Prime Location & Amenities A short walk, bike ride, or drive to Barnstable Village shops, cafes, and restaurants Easy access to Millway, Dowses, Sandy Neck, and more beaches (with beach pass included) Whale-watching tours, golf courses, and charming coastal attractions just minutes away Centrally located for day trips to Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, Provincetown, and beyond 👶 Family & Baby-Friendly We’re happy to accommodate families with infants and toddlers. While not fully baby-proofed, we can provide high chairs and pack-'n-plays upon request. Please note: the pool is not fenced—children must be supervised at all times and doors to the yard should remain locked. ♿ Accessibility Notes Guests must use stairs to access all bedrooms and full bathrooms. A ½ bath is located on the main level. An air mattress can be provided if a guest with mobility limitations prefers to sleep on the first floor. 🚫 No Pets Allowed We maintain a pet-free environment. We’re happy to share trusted local boarding options upon request. 🚗 Parking Ample driveway parking is available. 🗝️ Important Info on Beach Pass & Keys Beach passes and physical keys are essential and costly to replace. Guests are responsible for their safekeeping and return. Lost passes incur a $500+ replacement fee plus potential compensation if future bookings are affected. Keys carry a $250 fee if lost.
