I can't say enough about how wonderful it's been to work with Erin and Chuck of ProHost.
They've done a terrific job of launching and managing my rental in Cotuit. They photographed and described my place in an appealing way; gave great advice about amenities guests would appreciate; understood how to optimize display, minimum stay, pricing on Airbnb, VRBO, etc. Perhaps most importantly, Erin and Chuck have been extremely responsive and helpful when guests have had questions or needs. In this first summer of short-term renting, my house is nearly completely booked. And all the guests so far have been extremely satisfied.

My daughter and I loved our recent 3-day stay at 'Just Chillin!" Falmouth is our favorite destination on the Cape and this sweet little home was just perfect. It was sparklingly clean and neat, with comfortable beds, a kitchen with every item you might need, a lovely little deck, and a beautiful outside shower. We certainly would have loved to stay longer if we could! Having Menauhant Beach within an 8 min. drive was ideal, along with a home game for the Cape Cod Falmouth Commodores, shopping in Falmouth center and a delicious dinner on the harbor at the Flying Bridge Restaurant. We rounded out our stay with multiple tournaments of magnetic darts and air hockey - so much fun in so few days, and we're ready to face the world again. Thank you to our host Erin who was delightfully proactive and responsive from booking to check-out. It truly couldn't have been a nicer stay!
Erin and Chuck of ProHost were incredibly responsive and friendly. Everything about the house was just perfect -- location, amenities, privacy. Our only issue was we didn't stay long enough, but we'll fix that next time! If you're looking for a Cape stay without the chaos of Cape traffic, you found the right place. Old Silver Beach was terrific, area restaurants are incredible, Martha's Vineyard is easy to reach via Woods Hole. Incredible 5-star stay!

We had an excellent family trip to the Cape. ProHost was so responsive and helpful. House was beautiful and fully stocked. Location was great, barely a 5 minute drive to Main Street, less than 10 to beaches, and also had a restaurant right down the street and a lake/park within walking distance of the house. The 4 bedrooms were spacious and yard was great for the kids to run around. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We had an issue while booking with Airbnb and Chuck went above and beyond to help us fix the issue. Home was beautiful and perfect!

We had a great long weekend with our family. We played games in the backyard and also in the living room while watching football and baseball. We had easy walks or drives to do all our activities. The place was very comfortable and we would stay again in the future.
