Erin’s place was great! Appreciated all the little touches- working with us as we increased number of guests etc. I particularly enjoyed the 11 am checkout- it gave another bit of time to relax without being hurried to leave. Everything had been thought of -very nice stay!

Great place, excellent communication!

We stayed at 59 Moonpenny lane for the week of the Falmouth road race. The house was beautiful, incredible outdoors, love the fact that we could kayak on the adjacent pond. It was everything as described. Aaron was a fantastic host with Airbnb. Her Communication was impeccable and on time. Thank you Aaron for a wonderful vacation for me and my entire family. We definitely would consider coming back again. Enjoy the rest of your summer!!

Erin was so responsive and clearly laid every needed detail for our stay. The home was perfect for our dogs and children. We will definitely recommend this home for a stay in Falmouth!

We loved our stay! The house was very clean, had everything needed, and extra touches. The location was great close to beach’s, ferries , restaurants yet very quiet. Erin was very responsible when we contacted her about signing into Netflix’s . She was welcoming and proactive about providing information.

Such a cute Cape house! I absolutely loved the style and charm of the home. Erin was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and all the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely time during our stay at Raynor Shine! The house was adorable and met all the needs of our family and dog. It was a short drive (10-15 minutes) to several beautiful Falmouth beaches, and short walk to a smaller closer beach. Erin was a wonderful host and was very easy to communicate with! My daughter accidentally walked through the screen door and she was both incredibly understanding and quick to repair it! The home is in a residential neighborhood with lots of young kids riding around on bikes - and close to grocery stores and other retail shops. Looking forward to visiting again!
