Erin’s journey with ProHost® began in 2021, when she and her partner purchased a Cape Cod home. Like many vacation homeowners, they wanted to offset the costs of ownership, and short-term renting felt like the natural path forward. After a successful first year, Erin built systems and processes to manage the home smoothly and quickly discovered
she not only excelled at the work, but also genuinely enjoyed it.
Recognizing that other homeowners faced the same challenges, Erin saw an opportunity to share her approach. ProHost® was born out of a desire to bring structure, flexibility, and a personal touch to vacation rental management. Since ProHost’s beginnings, Erin and her partner together with trusted local vendors and evolving technology have continued to strengthen and refine the foundation year after year.
